Frequently asked questions
Does the AI message customers by itself?
No. The AI node only produces data for the next step; whether, to whom and when anything is sent is still decided by the action nodes you design.
When should I use Studio instead of built-in tools?
Plain forms belong in Dynamic Form, games in Gamification and full stores in the Mini App gallery. Studio is for what is unique to you.
How is AI Credit charged?
Each AI node run or Studio message draws AI Credit by actual usage. Per-session spend is visible in Settings.
