Customer
The heart of the platform: one ID with name, phone, source, points, tier and Zalo ID by OA. Every automated action targets a specific profile.
Event
Something that happened at a point in time: a customer created, an order placed, a game played, a message opened. Events are what start journeys.
Journey
A pre-built flow of three links: a Trigger (what starts it), Conditions (who continues) and Actions (what the platform does).
